Need your help 2011 camaro ss convertible - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

The top on my ss will go down halfway and then just stop. If you press the button again nothing happens, no sound, nothing. The top will then close again with no problem. Took it to the dealer they want 700$to take everything apart just to see what is wrong with it. Anyone have any thoughts on what could be happening or what to do? Thanks
