Who tuned my car?

Hey guys, I’m new here. I have been browsing the forums for a couple months since I purchased my 2015 SS. The car has a Cold Air Inductions intake, BBK long tube headers with high flow cats and a hooker axle back, I don’t know if the center section of the exhaust is stock or not. These things were on the car when I bought it, and it was from a local dealer I cannot get in touch with the previous owner. I tried.
From my research it seems the car would have had to have some kind of tune because no CEL come on and the 1-4 shift deal seams inactive
So my questions...

is there any way to find out who tuned it?

Is retuning it a big deal if it is currently not on a stock tune?

As far as I am aware there is no way to find out who tuned it unless the previous owner tells you or if the tuner left a comment in the tune file.

Is there any reason you need to know who tuned it?

Retuning should not be an issue unless the tuner locked the tune.

If you're able to pull the tune I can tell you what was changed.

You can PM me your vin number and I can check to see if I tuned it.
