Tweeter size

Anybody know what's the maximum size tweeter that will fit in 2012 with the boston acoustic. Wondering if the NVX tweeter that comes with the 6.5 components will fit.

FYI, JL audio C2 component tweeter fits perfect in place of stock tweeter.

replacing the tweeter was simple i put some foam behind it to keep it tight and a dab of black rtv.
the easiest thing to do is put the crossovers behind the door panel and tie into the factory wires for the signal then all ya got to do is run like 3ft if wire to the mid and 3ft to the new tweeter.i got a plug from amazon to keep from cutting off the factory plugs. more than you asked for but it may help someone else, here is every thing i used worked out great
