Plastic clips

Does anyone know the part number for the plastic retainer clips that go in the top bumper holes?

There pretty much just plastic rivets..i got rid of mine and used small Allen bolts

I also replaced mine with bolts and chrome Chevy bowtie caps.
But here is the GM part number #11589293. Good Luck
