Brembo Caliper Bolts

Took my Calipers apart to have them Powder Coated. Stripped the head off one of the 4 Star Headed bolts. OOPPSS !! Then I find out my dust boots are all torn up and burnt. So I ordered new boots and seals. But I can't find a replacement bolt. Called GM and they say the 4 bolts come with the caliper as a kit. can anyone help ? Thanks all !

Are you asking for a banjo bolt part number for the brake line?

He's looking for the bolts that hold the caliper halves together. He split them for powder coating.

Not sure Justice Pete. Each Caliper is actually 2 pieces. they are held together by 4 bolts. They have star heads that face to the inside of the car.

That might be a tough one to find, i'm sure GM buys the calipers from Brembo already put together so I doubt they stock those bolts separately.

Pull the bolt and measure the threads, you should be able to get a flange bolt of the same thread size/pitch. The moral of the story is you don't need to split the calipers to powdercoat them, thats why I thought you were talking about the standard mounting bolt.

I guess my powder coater was being too cautious. But I did find my dust caps were all torn and burnt, so I'm glad I took them apart and found the problem.

Thanks guys !
