Camaro cant tell the time

I noticed a few weeks back that my calender was 1 day off, so I adjusted it.

This morning it is 2 days behind - is this a known/widespread issue or just lucky me?

Happens to me too. I haven't reported it since the dealership has been completely inept about electronic stuff. If there isn't a TSB they don't have a clue.

I noticed it once, last week. My callender was about ten days off. I adjusted it and haven't seen the problem again, yet.

I guess I need to check mine, maybe GM doesn't think that's important. $40K is a lot to spend on a calendar.

I don't know if they think it's important or not, but I haven't even reported it. What are the chances that the dealership can fix something like that? They couldn't even figure out that there was a PDIM update available when I brought in the exact part number they needed.

I think there maybe a rip in the space time continuum in your general vicinity.

Do you feel that your aging process is accelerating?

This has come up in the electronics forum too. The longer your Camaro has sat without being turned on, the more likely its calendar is to have the wrong date. I don't think there's a permanent fix yet.

There are a couple of other threads about this issue. I told my dealer about it and they just said to bring it in and they would check it (i.e. they don't know anything about it), which I have not done yet. I have not seen any resolution in any of the other threads.

My car is driven almost everyday (on the weekends it sometimes sits) and today I noticed it was 3 days behind the current date.

Mine did it again today. I think it happens more when I don't drive it for awhile. I drove it today but before that it was Thursday last week. It's always a few days slow (today is the 19th but it read the 16th).
