Thinking it’s time for a change cosmetically.

Looking to get rid of the chrome wheels and go with either Gunmetal or gloss black wheels. Leaning Gunmetal.

Here are 2 photoshops done by a buddy.

What wheel should I get, I’m very torn

I would go with gloss black, since all of your accent pieces are gloss black. I think the gunmetal would clash.

I was thinking that but everyone has black wheels and i feel it looses the context of the wheel itself.

I ended up ordering those rims yesterday!!

But yes i do love chrome...However times have changed and chrome wheels are no longer "in". (according to the interwebs)

Tim,
Went a different route with the ZL1. Ted referred me to Howard Tanner at Redline Motorsport in Florida. Did a 416 with a Whipple, 879 RWHP and 784 RWTQ. Can't wait to get some seat time and get it to the track. I pick it up tomorrow.

JESUS Bud.....Thats insane. Did you just want to drop this bad boy in or did something happen to the motor before?

Regardless thats crazy. I wish i could go back and change a few things, one of which would of been a whipple instead of the SLP!

Cant wait to hear that thing running!!

Started out wanting to max out my LSA Blower, then concerned about reliability, then said OK to the forged 416 and then had more head room for the blower so went with the Whipple. I will still have my Jannetty built LSA motor on a stand in my garage. I'll be in touch. Sorry if I jacked your thread but I didn't know how else to communication.

Wasn't to bad. But I decided to go and get a LSA block and add all the little stuff to have a complete spare set up. I went with a complete Weld set up for the track (wheels and tires), more $.
At the end of the day, I got more RWHP than I thought, Howard @ Redline is good.

Ok so not only did i order and get the new wheels in today. I just ordered up a new spoiler.

I decided to change out the rear NLP Spoiler and go with an Anvil Spoiler with a ZL1 Addons Anvil Wicker Bill. Should have all of these mods in place by April 1st!
