Zex treatment.

A few of us got the 1/4" fuel T in our kits instead of the 3/8" so I finally decided to contact zex to get the right size in case it was screwin with my fuel pressure. Here is how the emails went after I contacted them.

Rod,
That kit should have included a 3/8 inline fuel tee fitting. That fitting is
not undersized and there should be no problem with the fuel pressure.
Thank you,
Austin Green

Its not a 3/8 it is smaller than that but thanks anyways. I will convey your answer on the forums though. Thank you, ROD1 Camaro5.com

Well, if you don’t believe it is the 3/8 fitting which should have come with that system, you’re more than welcome to send the fitting in for us to inspect.
Thank you,
Austin Green

Lol, I think i can measure but thanks just the same lol "Rod"

Alright. Just let us know if you need anything else.
Thank you and have a nice day,
Austin Green

Yeah you too. No wonder NX and the rest are kickin ur ass. "Rod"

WOW! How much could the T cost? If would have been me I would have sent it to you and not even asked for a return of the old.

Can you post a photo of the one you got? I'll be down at Polk Performance on Thursday and maybe they have one laying round.

It just never pays to be smug with a customer. DISH did the same kind of thing to me after they screwed me out of 400.00 so as I promised the supervisor 6 years ago, I go out of my way to tell everyone that they suck for the rest of my life. This after I told him to enjoy their 400.00.

Power to the PEEPS!!!!!

Like my Zex... but yes, their first level customer support sucks... Basically I ranted until they put the manager on the line... got his direct number and things were fine after that...

Hey Rod that sucks but I have to say the two times I contacted Zex I received good customer service. However you are right the fitting is too small for the fuel line they provide that is one of the reasons I ran my line to the Schrader valve.
I would recommend that you send them a picture to prove your point.
