I need help..
Anybody know somebody that can point me in the right direction on who to talk too..
The problem I have is, the Fuse block on the side of the Positive Battery terminal popped. I went to a local dealer here in Pasadena Tx, to have it serviced.. They tried to look the part up, and couldn't find it.. Finally after talking with GM they realized the break away part schematic was incorrectly labeled and had the fuse block on the Negative battery cable, it should have shown it on the positive side.. So GM sends the dealer a new Positive battery cable, and sure enough it doesn't come with the fuse block.. Neither the dealer nor GM can find a part number for the fuse block, BUT FOR SOME REASON IT IS INSTALLED AT THE FACTORY??????? I don't understand why some one cant just pick up the phone and call, to see where the fuse block comes from... you cant tell me GM is putting this on the car, and has no idea where it is coming from, or even who makes it... This has been an on going problem since the middle of SEPT. it is now December... Can someone help out here, or show this to someone that can help me point the service guy in the right direction... He says he has been in contact with GM about it, but I don't know who he is actually talking too.. Thanks Daniel

So you've been unable to use your car from Sept to December?
Have you called the GM Customer Service line?
