Great lighting at the end of the day too! I love that car and that picture.

I would love it if they made a ZL1 in the Supersonic Blue from the Corvette. The pictures below don't do it justice, seeing this thing in person is really amazing. I think it would look really great on a ZL1 with the exposed carbon hood insert.

I agree, I saw a ZR1 in that color at the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix a couple of years ago and I think it would be awesome one a ZL1.

Imagine with these wheels from the Carbon Concept.

Edit: I was just thinking, that would look pretty awesome with a medium to light gray leather interior.

Also, Carbon Edition on this color would be VERY classy.

ABM

I still think Aqua Blue metallic was a great color. I've been planning on repainting which ever Camaro I end up with ABM.

Look at these numbers and comments. Dusk Blue would be an excellent replacement for IBM.

I'm a big fan of both Berlin Blue and Supersonic Blue. I think both would look incredible on the ZL1 with all it's black accents. If available today, I'd order either of them over my AGM. However, these are more gray-blues and I doubt they would satisfy the people who are clamoring for a true blue color in the lineup.

Love the black stripes on that color.

Now this looks like a fantastic true blue IMO. From the looks of it, it looks like a lighter IBM out of direct sunlight, which is a very good thing IMO. I'd really like to see it in the sun, I bet it's stunning. I wounder if it's metallic though? That last shot under the florescent lights makes it look non-metallic, but it's hard to tell given the conitions. If it does offer flake in it I'd say that's one heck of a color and something similar would make a great IBM replacement.

I stumbled upon some of this info when people started posting part info and inquiries for ZL1 parts. There has been no official announcement, but for some time now, there has been an RPO code for Berlin Blue (aka Dusk Blue) as GXH, and Dusk Appearance Package as CCS.

See if we can get an official announcement now.

Buuuuuuuuuuutt... even if we do, Berlin Blue may not be an option for the ZL1.

I'm still going for crystal red. I'm hoping someone on here gets one or spots one and grabs a pic.
Do you mean the "Carlise Blue" from the 12' Corvette? http://www.motorauthority.com/news/1...ready-for-sema

I did not like IBM but I still can't belive they pulled blue. I hate jetstream blue the lemans blue from the 07 vetts was nice.

The supersonic is subtle but it looked good on the zr1 I saw it in. I would love a brilliant blue

Great info! Hopefully they put this color into production, it's understated but gorgeous in person.

I sure hope it's not Carlisle Blue, that color is tuuuurrible.

Topaz Blue is more in line with ABM, so if the replacement color resembles that I think many that are fans of ABM will be happy.
