So, where can we buy this and exactly what do we buy? Apparently there are some different variations and colors available. Todd, can you post a link?

Thanks!

The manufacturer states that these towels are good for 100 cars or more.

We only stock the fine grade towel because frankly even the fine grade towel is more than enough to handle contamination quickly (faster then a clay bar) and keeps the risk of marring to an absolute minimum.

The more aggressive towel (in blue) will cut through extremely stubborn contamination a little faster but will, in most cases, leave very light surface scratches on the paint.

If you need some clay lube this kit offers a good value:

Thanks for the review CamaroDreams07. This was exactly the kinda of things I was worried about so I was waiting until someone posted a review after using it. I think I'm going to order one today.

I need to get some clay or THIS TOWEL asap, but Jeez Louise!......$25 to ship it to me in Canada? Couldn't it just be put in a padded envelope? And that is USPS/Canada Post shipping cost? :( :(

I realize its got to make its way from down in Florida up to me in Ontario, Canada, but for something smallish and flat.....ouch . I'm going to buy one, I just need time to wrap my head around the shipping cost.....DAMN post office

I ship items to canada everyday and they are 1lb each, the cost is $5.75 1st class airmail and they get there in 10 days so there is no way that should cost $25.

If you're going off of the link I put in the OP, that includes a huge bottle of clay lube too. So it's a pretty heavy package. Not sure that it's $25 heavy, but it's not just the towel.

Try $34.95 to Hawaii. The shipping is the only thing keeping me from ordering this towel. I tried putting in parents zip code in Illinois (which is 4,200 miles closer to Florida) same shipping according the the site $34.95.

I just don't understand that to Illinois. This was to Michigan, further than Illinois, and with a gallon of other stuff.

Qty Product Code - Product Name Price
----------------------------------------------------------------------
1 PB-SRWC128 - 128 oz. Poorboys Spray and Rinse Wheel Cl 39.99
1 DP-SMSSP580 - Detailer's Speedy Surface Prep Towel Com 59.99
1 camaro5 - 10% savings -10.00
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Sub-Total: 89.98
Tax: 0.00
Shipping & Handling: 17.99
----------------------------------------------------------------------
TOTAL: 107.97

But then again, I just paid $12.99 shipping for a tiny vial of GTechniq glass sealant and 2 glass towels to the same address. I have no idea how it's calculated.

I wish I knew more to help you out, but I just don't. Shipping charges are just a part of the game when you want these specialty car stuff.
