What would be good brake pads for autocross, that could handle street driving. My oems squeal like a banshee anyways.

Testify!

I hate my Nitto NT05's for AutoX. Daily driver the 555's aren't bad at all. I have 18 x 10 wheels. Terrible size for options. Shopping for wheels when I can afford it.

Wifey's Goodyears on her ZL1 have the same edge wear issue. Fat car rolls the dough!

A few years ago there was a video of a car on the then-new NT05's (might have been a BMW, not sure any more). Anyway, it looked like either the driver was shooting for style points hanging the tail out or that's what these tires tend to do (and it looked like they were drifting just a little too easily). Terry didn't care for them either.

If you want to enhance your understeer more than what it already is, go NT-05s. Been stuck with them for 2 years now. I need a better wheel size.

New to camaro5!
I am running 245/45/18 Sumitomo Tires and can't believe the difference in take off vs stock tires (245/55/18) Weight savings is positive, but the final drive gear ratio is wild to experience. No lights or codes from this.
