But the stock lugs weigh a total of 3.14lbs and that is for all 20, atleast on the RS wheels they do.

3.14 Lbs = 1.424 Kilos

14.721 grams x5= 73.605
73.605 x 4= 294.42

294.42 grams= 0.6490 Lbs.
a savings of 2.491 Lbs of rotational mass.

I read somewhere that the SS lugs weighed in at 4 Lbs. I cannot remember the source.

OK, I will defer to that post.
How much did the aluminum lugs weigh, an how was their durability?

Not sure on their durability I don't have them but according to that scale they weigh .79lbs for all 20.

Weight has more of an effect the further away from the axis. Since the lugs are relatively close to the axis, their affect is pretty small. Not as great as say using a 2.491 lb. lighter tire.

^This.

I know I should be cheerleading these lugs but the people who opt in should be doing so not for a performance gain but merely for cosmetic purposes only. Car jewelry if you will.

Update

Here is what I was told yesterday....

"Sorry, we don't make the M14 Ti nuts. If you setup a group buy for 7sets, we would invest in a new forging and make them.

Regards,
Jamie
OZMO Engineering"

I am interested in a set of these. Are there still 6 more people interested?

Another place to try would be:
http://www.ti64.com/category_s/110813.htm

I have purchased titanium socket head cap screws from them in the past for work. They are not cheap though...
