tlavoie87, good to see you're still on the Camaro5 fourm. I was (and still am) surprised that there was not more involvement from other members regarding this swap.

If you would be so kind, I have a couple questions regarding your swap.

Do you still have your Camaro?
Did you purchase a new or used engine?
Do you need to need to purchase a new transmission or could you use your existing transmission?
How long ago did you do your swap?
How many miles did you put on it after the swap?
Did any problems come up after you were done?

Thanks in advance.

I gave my Camaro to my son nearly 5 years ago. It is closing in on 280,000 miles.

I'm seriously considering doing this, do you have a thread on the build?

now with the ability to disable vats with hptuners the swap is pretty straight forward.. even dropping a V8 in would be pretty straight forward..

iv had mine LFX and Delphi swapped for about a year i did turbo charge it and hurt a few motors in that time but thats due to too much boost..
