Need help removing the window shield crowl

Hello need to remove the window shild Crowl and heard its hard to do and I'm not sure how to do it. I looked in the DIY section and don't see it. Anyone know...

There are a # of clips...take them out and the cowl will pull out...I think there are 3 to take out to get to the air filter

Yea I know the air filter one is no issue.. The one that has the wipers is the issue. Think the wipers have to come off not sure about it

It doesn't unbolt. You have to cut it off...

Unbolt the wiper arms and look around for the push pins. Once the push pins are out, you can wiggle the cowl out. If it's being stubborn and not loose, you missed a pin or two.

Just got done taking off the wipers and plastic Crowl what a pain should have made a DIY there is a trick to it the blades have to be vertical with the window. once I did that they came right off

It's the ones you take off to change the air filter and I'm sending them out to get hydro painted carbon fiber

Oh, you mean the cowl cover. The cowl is the actual metal sheetmetal that frames where the wipers go. Makes more sense now.
