Been driving a 1998 Dodge ram for 12yrs and banking the cash saved on no payments. Used that to pay off the new camaro on day of sale.

I paid off the wifes LS in 2 months because i ordered my SS and financed that 1 instead.

Cash is one way to do it. However I think a 25% down payment is plenty...maybe even 30% and then call it done...keep cash on hand, but thats me. As long as you stay ahead of depreciation I'm fine with it.

Paid in 5 months when bought last yr. could have paid cash up front but, we still haveing the 68' restored at same time. But, both free and clear. Still wanting lots of stuff for both cars. I think it never ends. lol
