Dash Swath Question

you know.....usually clear plastic pieces that need to be some color are just painted on the backside. Just remove the plastic inserts, remove the silver/gray color and paint them whatever color you want. I'm planning a few experiments with mine. My first idea is to make some chrome vinyl "SS" decals to stick to the backside of the inserts and then paint the backside body color. Then the SS will show through the insert. I'm also going to do the same thing with carbon fiber letters.

thats what i was thinking the whole time since i'm going to be changing the leds on the abl anyways why not just paint it lol

and thats a really cool idea about adding the ss

Well! I'm thinking that I might have them painted the color of the car after delivery! I think RJT trim with red accent lighting would be sweet.
