SPark plug suggestions
I think it's time to replace them (may have one fouled up). What is the recommendation. I'm at about 630 @ RWHP (A6). Mostly street driving, the strip 1-2 times a year.

NGK TR7-ix always worked well for me. Standard NGK TR6 are fine also for mostly street driving as they are one heat range hotter then the TR7-ix

Is it an improvement over the stock ones?

Factory plugs. AC Delco make great plugs.

Tuners hate the factory plugs vs NGK aftermarket copper or iridium.

I wound up going with the Delcos. Parts store had them and they're not bad plug.
