It's funny how everyone wants to call the pats cheaters not knowing the full outcome of the investigation yet. The local news here was reporting on the recent show we had, the reporter had a football and said he was doing his own test. He inflated the ball and during the time he was doing his broadcasts, about an hour he said the ball was actually getting smaller due to the colder temps, only around 34 deg similar to the temps during the game. I honestly don't think anyone deflated the balls, if they did hangem' by their balls and yes I'm a pats fan.

With that said 38-24 pats.

Wouldn't the cold temps affect the Colts balls as well ?? All of the balls the Colts used met standards, according to the report. Let's face it the Pats deserve the benefit of the doubt because it's not like they've ever cheated before .....

You're correct BUT if Brady sets his balls to 12.5 as he stated, the minimum, any decrease will be outside the parameters set. If the colts balls were at 13.5 a loss of a lb would still be within them. I'm sure the NFL is closely looking at videos, pictures and considering the above possibility, the truth will most likely come out.

Shit I remember when I was racing pro stock Harleys, I, like everyone else pushed things to the limit, especially with fuels, all my fuel was certified to pass fuel checks but on an occasion or two, especially in hot, high humidity I did not pass because it was right on the edge and that's where you have to be to WIN.

Like I said, although I don't think anyone did anything outside the rules, and I'd like to think not because I am honest and do believe in fair play but if they did, especially Brady because of the standards he is held to, then hangem' by his balls because to me, that's a disgrace.

By the way, something else I find interesting, 11 of 12 balls were underinflated why not 12 and also there were 24 balls chosen for possible use, what about the other 12?

Also, I never heard anything officially about the colts balls being checked, I may have missed it.

Pats 30-27 in OT.

This deflate gate really makes me laugh, the balls were re-inflated at halftime with the 1.6-2 lbs of pressure they lost.
Take away all points scored by the Pats in the 1st half, they still win the game 28-7. Evidently Brady did better with them inflated between 12.5 or 13.5.
The refs touch the ball on every down, if they were deflated so much that the balls were "softer", how did this go unnoticed by them? Evidently this small amount of pressure didn't change the feel of the ball enough to have it checked then.
The air must have went into the brain of the Colts fan who brought this up, as it had no bearing on the outcome of the game anyway.

I have done this ball test a lot and so have most of Youns . When your on the beach letting the boys enjoy the warm rays of the sun, they tend to look like 2 cantaloupes in a nylon sock........so now enter the Atlantic Ocean at 63 degrees ....do you notice a change down there ????? Same with a football.

As far as the colts balls being correct I got that from ESPN on the Boston page, I could post a link just so you don't think I'm making it lol. I agree tho the legue will get it right. It's one weird situation. Even if they did do it was it really a huge advantage ?? No Imo. It's more about the principal at this point. The legue is taking this pretty serious so I'll go with their finding when it's all said and done. I'll wait till after to pass judgement. Until then I look forward to a pretty intriguing match up next Sunday.
