Welcome RCPW. Hope everything works out. Have you been paying off the car yourself, or is it a joint venture? I would say, pay off the truck, and sell it as you plan, but use some of the money towards bills if both of your money is going towards the truck. That way she can't be mad because you have saved up some extra money to go towards bills, and extra money to go to your car. As long as it's not ONLY for the camaro down payment, she should have no reason to be upset.

Though if it's your money, then it's your call what car you drive.

I dont know guys,... The wife is actually still PO at me "Still".
She wont even talk to me, She told me that if i bought a Camaro she would Divorce me over it.

Right now I really can't tell the difference, I dont know if she's mad at me due to the Fact that I still want the Car or something else.

Hell if she's going to be this mad at me i might as well have bought the car, At least she would have a real reason to be pissed off at me then.

I did some reading on the 2011 Z28 that'll be coming out,... Man that's a Sweet Ass Car.

I still havent told her about my savings yet, Plus i just added another 4 Franklins to it over the weekend.

First, you're keeping secrets and she's throwing threats. You're probably way deeper into that subject then you're willing to admit.

There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in them...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's and wive's here don't care....and take it easy.



oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

OMG People,... I walked up to my wife yesterday and asked her for a Hug because we havent Hugged each other is about a week now, She asked if we were still not talking still and I said kidding around, What we have to talk to each other in order for me to get a Hug from you?

Then we started talking about what had happened this past week and then I told her about the Money that I had been saving and I told her up front that I havent changed my mind about wanting to get a New Camaro, Then we started talking about the Large Car Payment for it and then I showed her that the Payment would be about what it was on my Dakota if not a few dollars less depending on financing.

To make a LONG Story Short,...
My wife and I are actually going to go this evening to look at a New Camaro at 1 of the local Dealerships,...

Now i just hope that once she sits in one i can really get her mind to change.

Oh, Theres No Doubt That I'd Addicted, I've been addicted ever since I owned my first `91 Camaro RS in `91 which I had to give up during my first marriage because the wife wanted to buy a house.

and Jim, just so ya know, that fridge I have a VERY special, its go an automatic reloader in it, so it will NEVER get empty.......and that goes for EVERYTHING thats in it, and it does nave EVERYTHING it is. LOL
