Headers and Maryland Emissions Test

Does anyone know if having LT headers will cause my 2015 to fail a Maryland Emissions test? I see now that the MVA has Self-Serve Kiosks for testing which means no more visual inspection of the exhaust system. Has anyone passed / failed MD emissions with Headers?

Get your rear o2 sensors tuned out so you have no check engine light for the OBDII test and you'll pass

If you don't have a check engine light you're good. Mine has passed a number of times. It's actually due for another check now.
