I need a 4wd w 4 studded snows around here. I have to drive through snow up to the grill some times to get home from work. They dont plow the secondary roads at night.

Traded the camaro 2.5 years ago for a new 2013 raptor. Not in the market for a new ride. However, I recently test drove a '15 silverado (received a $50 incentive/visa mailer) and was very disappointed. Ride was harsh, sluggish and down on power. Fit and finish was questionable as well in certain spots. If I were in the market I would certainly not buy a silverado.

Waste of time dude. I can maybe see upgrading to a 4wd truck but going from a camaro ss to a rwd truck is pointless to me. I refuse to buy a truck in 2wd especailly if I have a sports car. Sve your dough and pick up a craigslist beater truck and keep both, you will probably regret it.
I sold my ss 3 months back and the V wagon is down (getting heavily modded) , and the Z06 is getting sold so I've been stuck in my 2013 srt Jeep grand Cherokee and I miss going fast. Take it for me you will kick yourself in the shorts after the newness wears off. |

You are allowed to have more than one vehicle at a time...
... just saying.

Slow and severely over rated my friend. It is not a pile but coming out of a heads/cammed 480 hp 6 speed ss (which was not neck breaking fast either) it is like jumping to a german tank from a moped lol.

Well the thing is guys is its one or another not both...as far as 2wd vs 4wd goes, if I used the truck 100% of the time I would use the 4wd 2% of the time you know what I mean? Not to mention 4wd trucks are a pita when it comes to repairs and all that jazz

It's just a pain in the ass. Truck prices are a bigger pain in the ass so I'm stuck dealing with my first world problems of having an incredible sports car at a nice price that can't haul my weekend hobby items around as easily as a truck would. *EDIT* Yeah, I'm pretty sure I'll be going back to a GMT8 or 9 and pick up a sport bike again for the speed fix when I want it. Even worse - now after a couple of days I've started to become accustomed to the pricing and lower my standards.

Just traded my 2010 SS around 4 months ago for a 2015 GMC sierra Crew cab with All Terrain package. I loved the Camaro but needed a truck as i moved away and could not borrow my dads when i needed one, which was often. Truck is nice, isn't perfect but it looks badass and will get the job done. with that being said, i miss my car and the way it drove, I'm already saving up for a used 2010-2012 modded SS. Thought I could leave the car game for good but i miss it too bad and will be back soon..
I don't really regret trading my car for my new GMC although i do miss it. I looked at keeping my SS and getting a used 2010 silverado but it just made more sense to get a new one
