Flat black vinyl stripe crackling
Just got my car back from window tinting and vinyl stripe installation and
the stripes are horrible. They seem to have a wavy crackling effect allover. Is this normal? Bought them from RiderGraphix btw. |

where you around while installing ? what method did they use ?

may be good at window tint, but not so good with vinyl.

Did your installer dry squeegee the stripes prior to installing them? This effect can sometimes happen if the transfer tape pulls away from the top of the graphics during shipping and the tape is not properly flat on the stripes during installation.
The good news is, that with a couple days of them sitting in the sun, most of it should go away. |
