I'm going to order an RX catch can but have questions

I'm looking at the RX catch can and want to order one from a vendor here. I'm going with the single stage one (NON FI) in Synergy Green but I noticed 2 different mounting locations.

In the pics I've seen the passenger side mounts to the core support? It looks kind of funny sticking out there.

Where does the driver side mount? It's an option but I don't see any pics showing location.

Who has the best deal on these?

I believe you need to have a cold air intake to mount it on the drivers side. It will use one of the original mounting studs for the factory air box

I ordered mine through JDP Motor Sports. 139 dollars for the RX Catch Can which includes what ever color you want it painted plus there is no shipping cost. I don't think SC2150 could beat that.

This is right. I have a L99 with CAI Inc and you have a spare bolt sticking up left over from removing the oem airbox. You have to make sure and order it for the driver side so they send you the right mounting bracket. I like mine on the driver side, easy to reach down and open drain.

You must have been looking at the V6 version. Mine (V8) bolts up to the engine using one of the serpentine belt tensioner bolts. Looks killer. I would post a pic but I don't have one with me at work.... :(
