World Series....... Thoughts?
I don't even like baseball any more. Been a long time since I gave a shit.
The Mariners were my team from my time on Seattle from 1992 to 1998. Probably the best years in Ms history. But now I'm back to not watching at all. It really is boring anymore. BUT.............. Triple crown or not, HOW DO YOU GET CAUGHT LOOKING TO END THE WORLD SERIES???  Other than that it was a great series. Because it ended quickly and won't effect Everybody Loves Raymond at 10:00 any more.

Yankees fan here...glad to see the Giants sweep. Never liked Cabrera, overrated...looking at strike three to end it! Yup, I'm a little happy.

The World Series was over after game 1.
It was assumed by everyone in the world that doesn't wear a Giants uniform to work everyday that the Tigers would automatically win Game 1. Verlander was on the mound. The series was already started at 0-1 for the Giants. Yea... well.... Verlander got destroyed and all kinds of lit up. That was all it took. The Tigers played the rest of the series in shock/omgwtf recovery mode. The Giants played it with confidence oozing out of their cleats. Game, set. Match.

it looks like the Tigers didn't have much lineup other than Cabrera and Fielder, and Fielder did nothing in the playoffs.

Watching baseball is like waiting for the Cabaret dancer to come over to your place after work and after she gave you the "I love you" during a lap dance. In other words... a huge disappointment in excitement.
