At the request of many Camaro5 Forum members, we have started carrying the brand new Edelbrock E-Force Camaro SS Supercharger. This is for the 2010+ Camaro.

The Edelbrock Supercharger is good for 599HP. The kit is a low profile supercharger that fits under the stock hood. It is an Eaton-Roots style blower that mounts right on top of the intake manifold and FITS UNDER THE OEM HOOD!

We have both the 1597 Kits for the Auto tranny and 2 the 1598 Kits for the Manual Tranny in stock, and ready to ship!
More info below...

Edelbrock Camaro Supercharger

Would love to see someone install one of these!!!!

Supposedly, the installation is "very easy"

Jim

I really been trying to find out what it the RWHP is with this installed. I want to order one and install it when I get home in Nov. 599hp is good but one youtube video shows only 445 RWHP. That seems really low... Another shows 545 RWHP. I know its depends on set up... but both said they were stock. So what is the true RWHP average after Installing. I have a Volant CAI and BBK Short Headers. I know that will change the numbers some. And I was looking into putting 3.73 gears... Last time I Dyno my Camaro it was at 416 RWHP with my mods... To me spending all that money to get less then 100 HP at wheels seems not worth it... So any advise... I really want to order one.. But just don't know... Also can you send me message giving price. I have 2013 SS/RS LS3 . thank you for your time hope to hear back soon.

My 2010 SS was at 414/rwhp in 2010 when I installed the Edelbrock G-Force. I already had Kooks LT headers and CAI. After installation and dyno tune, I got 546/rwhp & 522/rwtq. After that I needed a ZL1 fuel pump and bigger injectors because it was running out of fuel at 6500 rpm. See all mods in sig.

How much where injectors and where did you get them from? where did you get fuel pump? So when you say run out of fuel, what happen? And the stock tune that comes with it is used for dyno tune or not?

Costs:
72# Injectors $550 From tuner Jeremy Formato
ZL1 fuel pump $278 From GM Parts House
Jannetty fuel line upgrade kit $200 From Jannetty Racing

The tune that comes from Edelbrock in for a completely stock engine. It is good enough to get to your tuner. Mine was running really lean.

So is the fuel rails needed also or was that just a upgrade you wanted. I wanted to install the SC. But looks like I will need to find a place to get it tuned. It sucks because everywhere I live they say is no good. I need to find someone close to El Paso Tx. And I guess have someone install it because I'm sure I would have to drive my car to where ever I find. So long story short... lol, you know of anywhere around my area that is good??

The fuel for the Edelbrock S/C enters the back of the passenger side fuel rail, goes to the front and across the front of the S/C to the drivers side fuel rail.

The Jannetty Fuel Rail upgrade has fuel lines entering the rear of both fuel rails. Making sure that both fuel rails get the same amount of fuel.

Here in the east, cost of installing runs about $1000, that's why I installed it myself. A tune could cost about $500. I sold my fuel rails and injectors to my tuner $400. I checked some of the vendors on here and the E-Force runs about $6500 with free shipping.

Good luck on whatever you do.

Haha, caught you checking out the supercharger porn. Anyway, not sure if you figured out what to do about the tuning, wish I was all set up to tune already, but if your looking to take it to Abq or something, I have a trailer so you don't have to worry about running it on a not so good tune.
