goodbye onstar 2010/2013

i heard as of 12/31/2022 GM will no longer support turn by turn nav on 2010-2013 models. you would have to use andriod on iphone for nav.

onstar will on offer emerg. service. due to dropping 2g and3g service.

There’s two things I bet are rarely used:
1. The door lock buttons on Ford vehicles
2. OnStar, especially for directions.

I've always used phone mirroring on the my link with google maps. I have that Korean interface HD-LINK IW03GF. No need for Onstar

With the 2G service 'sunset', is there an easy way to disconnect the On Star unit (fuse?).
