Front Passenger Wheel Noise

About two weeks ago I started to hear a noise coming from the passenger side kinda sounds like whistle (wife said metal on metal rubbing). I thought I was from going over speed bumps in my apartment complex and havnt completely rolled out hitting bumps as the issue.

Fast forward last night, drove to local cruise in and yes I looked like an idiot pulling in squealing. I had to go over two speed bumps to get in the parking lot so didnt help. Then entire drive home, 95% interstate, we could hear it. This is over the normal radio volume and exhaust from my mods (cam etc).

When we got home I had her drive while I walked beside the car, its def the front passenger wheel. Any idea what I should start with? It seemed to be if the noise started then she braked it would stop. Not sure if that would be brake issue or bushing issue or what.
