Hey man i'm sorry your are having troubles. It is very rare to have troubles with this kind of job it's very straight forward. I'm hoping the shop didnt bungle something on you. I find it very hard to find ashop i trust nowadays. Make sure they check that no o2s wires were run incorrectly and melted on the headers. I'm assuming there's no check engine light and you aren't feeling a misfire. Its easy to crack a spark plug especially if they didn't remove them before the swap. Also can damage old plug wires pretty easily. When i did mine all the plugs were being changed as well as the plug wires. I had o2s extension harness that i zip tied and tucked away nicely away from the headers.

Yeah no check engine lights at all. The flutter with RPMS is only when sitting in park, (maybe neutral I didnt check). So Its odd it doesnt seem to affect driving at all. Still though I dont want it to flutter like that either. I know it didnt before. I will have them check everything when I go in tomorrow. Cant hurt for sure. As for the popping when I am revving I guess that is something that can be tuned out from what Ive read.

How much flutter are we talking about? Mine does a bit, but I think I read that's normal.
