Could someone with black installed please post a pic or two. Plus has any wear on the leading edge of the Recaro been observed where the belt leave the chair. Thank you.

I really should get a pic of black posted up. I think I have one set that I can put on my seats this evening and get a picture. In the meantime I can post a picture of my seats with just under a year's worth of daily driving. I haven't seen ANY additional wear on the seat at all.

Edit: I updated the original post with pictures showing the seat after a year.

I'm now using my "custom made" seat protector.... Thanks for the product and I have to say the seat belt is a lot more comfortable through the loop, it felt like it was on my neck sometimes when I kept it out to avoid damaging the seat

oooh the blue does look nice. It would have matched my seats better than the black.

If anyone else orders these for a 45th, maybe see if red & blue is an option!

This is a brilliant idea.. Nice job! I would like to see a pic in a Red..
(Not a bright red though)I have not seen any wear on my recaros but I plan to keep the car and do not see warranty covering long term wear years from now.

We're out of town for a bit with family and work, but she's looking into red for sure. She ordered some paracord that was supposed to be a bright crimson but it looks very faded and bland. I'll get some pics up asap!

We also figured out two colors is a bit tough to do. It's a bunch of extra work to switch back and forth and you really don't see enough of a second color to make it worthwhile.

I was at the dealership today and getting my seat cover replace for the third time , they have a new fix out that's supposed to take care of our problem. The only problem with this is now the seat doesn't match the passenger side . I would have thought GM would have thought of this I'm going to be speaking with the service manager later this week to resolve my problem but that's seat on the passenger side also is showing seat belt wear.
