Trans cooler with Vortech FMIC

Just thought id share this since I looked all over and didn't find much. I used a B&M cooler part # 70274. My trans builder recommended a cooler that was at least 28000 BTU. This cooler is 29000 BTU and is large. Most other coolers I looked at were not even close.

On the front facia I had to cut 3 clips that hold a wiring harness for the daily running lights and I tied them out of harms way. Other than that the front facia went right on.

About to drill the holes to bolt it onto the bolts already in the upper part by the hood latch.

I could've drilled and made the bracket completely bolt on but I decided to weld it to the bumper instead.

You can see just the just the bottom part is in the bumper. I doubt that will have any negative effects

It'll be between 3500 and 4000 stall on a 4L80 and I will be running it alone without the radiator. It will be a while before I get to run it since I don't have a rearend yet and I'm leaving for work. I'll update this as I go
