So they started prepping my car a couple of hours ago. The dealer said it will be ready for pick up tomorrow.

I dont think i will ever forget the 1st time i grabbed that steering wheel and drove off.It was tight like a gokart, simply amazing.I took a couple high speed on ramps that i know well on my trip to Vegas today, and wow does this thing handle different then my 2011 1LT RS/RS i have to get used to her all over again. AND I THINK THIS IS IMPORTANT!!!!!!!!! Even though i was in like 65 degree weather today, watch out these tires dont have the grip we are used to!

Seriously? Is that part of Al Oppenheiser saying they aren't putting too much of the patch down in the rear?

"The reason (we stretched the same sized zl1 front tire on an 11" rear wheel) is that this is a track car. And for track you don't necessarily want to push that tire patch down by having downforce or too much grip in the back. It's contrary to trying to fix the understeer. We wanted to loosen up the slip and allow you to ring this thing out because in competitive mode this thing is a track car."

I'm still debating if I should wait until tomorrow to pick it up when it stops raining . On the other hand I really want it at my house and the wife is going out of town tomorrow so she won't be able to see it until Saturday. It's about a 30 mile drive from the dealership. I can take the back roads and just drive carefully and slow.
