If its just the winter I don't do anything besides cover it up. Mine is a non heated garage and it starts right up in the spring. Never put anything in the gas either. Don't over think this just get it put away.

I'm more like you... I just fill it up with gas and add a bottle of preservative. The one thing I've started doing is placing foam boards underneath each tire and it stops any type of flat spotting. I pick up one of those cheap insulation boards from Home Depot, cut into four squares and drive on. Cost under ten bucks and works great.
