Need Tuner for CEL From Long Tube Headers

I would like to add long tube headers (with hi-flow cats) next month and a pulley, injectors, etc. next year when I have additional funds. From what I've read I will most likely get a CEL from the secondary O2 sensors and do not want to pay for a tune until next year when I add the pulley etc. If you know of someone who will just take care of the CEL for cheap I would greatly appreciate their information. Thank you.

Contact dyno Steve on here (rdp motorsports). He gives free updated tunes whenever you want for the life of the car and does great work. He street tuned my car several times already.

It's tough to just take care of the CEL for really cheap, For example if I were to do it, HPTuners cost is $100 just for the credits to save a tune to the car.

But going long tubes is also going to lean you out, so you really should do it all at once if you don't want to pay for a tune with headers.

Go check out injection-connection over in horsham. They are a great shop, maybe they'll help you out? Let them know what your goals are and if you might be a repeat customer? Worth the talk.

You know retuned are usually free right ? Most tuners offer that so you could get it tune and update tunes as you install your parts . If it were me ,I’d bite the billet and spend the money on a tune

Thanks everyone. After doing some research getting a tune makes the most sense. Hopefully whoever I chose will cut me a break on the re-tune.
