New 1LE Driver

Placed the order 2/2, TPW was 3/4, picked it up on 3/22. It's unfortunate some have had to wait so long for their car to come in. But let me tell you.... it is well worth any wait! This car is an amazing car to drive! Just the feeling of the power waiting for you under your right foot is incredible, the responsiveness of the wheel in your hands makes you look forward to a curve in the road, just hard to describe it all. I've had some hotrods, but this takes the cake. It is alot to take in. I look forward to the weekends ahead to experience it each time. My wife has a small case of whiplash from her first experience of my right foot...., kinda surprised me too!
The best part of this whole experience, my wife bought it for me! I am one happy camper!

Just keep her under 4K RPM for the first 500 miles. I know they say 1500 miles but I did 500 miles for 4K and then 1000 miles with no more than 5k RPM. She came out as a pretty strong car doing that.

Also get a catch can ASAP.

Break it in the way you intend to drive the car for its life, no *****footing. The rpm suggestion was only in the manual to cover GM's ass so they didn't get people shitkicking their engines right off the bat. But thats just my opinion.

Catch can is a must.

Congrats. Nice car.
Seems like white is the main choice for this car. A lot of new Summit White cars as of late.

Good looking car man. Glad you didn't have to wait long for yours. I ordered mine August 2012, and picked it up December 15. But it was certainly worth the wait. One thing I must mention, because this should not be overlooked.....You must have the best wife in North Carolina. Congrats on both car and wife.

Thanks, they are both appreciated very much. She still lets me have the last word though, "yes dear".
As for the car, it's an honor to be in an elite group of owners.

Congrats man... I get mine tomorrow, she's the opposite of yours ALL BLACK. I'll end up with a heratige grille though.
