ZL1 Gas Mileage, Show Us Pictures of Your MPG Display

I wonder how many Prius' this MPG offsets?

My 6.2L Sierra 1500 gets better mileage pulling a 24' Enclosed Race Trailer with my ZL1 in it...

I average 18.2. just happened to notice on my way home from work yesterday. It is a wide range depending on your right foot, that's for sure!

I average 15 mpg. Combo of hwy and stop and go commute traffic. One tank goes about 250 miles, but I fill her up after about 210. Every 3 days, the first line of my cell phone call home is - hi honey, I'm gassing up then I'll be on my way!

I'm at 17.9 in mostly highway driving. Which means I get 30mpg while cruising at 70. And 0.1 mpg while on the entrance ramps and getting up to speed.

I certainly didn't buy it for the gas mileage, but I am getting better than 7.8.

That is the mileage I assumed I would get. After a spirited drive to eastern Washington and back. My wife kept asking me what is the fuel mileage. I didn't think I even wanted to know. I was surprised when I hand calculated 17.2 mpg. The best 20.45 mpg.

Jeez 61 miles left with over half a tank filled! You must have been having fun that day

When I drive pretty hard and want to hear the exhaust, I usually don't even look at the fuel economy lol, but I am positive it is under 8 mpg for sure. Yet, even if I try to be conservative with gas, I do a lot of city driving and deal with stop-and-go traffic, so I don't think my mpg is above 15 mpg at any given time lol. If gas mileage was important to me I would have bought a Prius and not a ZL1
