Now all that being asked for what room is there for a ZL1 and Z/28? Not enough engine announced to cover all the models.

There IS room between LT1 and LT4, numerically AND hp-wise...

...and there is a precedent for LT5, as well...

I feel this is the direction of the 6Gen. It looks both Camaro and forward.

I don't see how the Z/28 can carry over with the Z06 going supercharged. That tells me GM couldn't make the power they wanted N/A and meet regulations. I bet the ZL1 will stay.

Another thing I would like to see is the 1LE, if it returns, get a solid aero set up that eliminates lift or even makes down force.

I'd like to see on board recording (Dash/Rear) camera's made available for many reasons. Motion activated when car is off if desired.

I love that body set up but that would push my mod list past $10k which I just won't do. I'm saving for performance parts, and maybe a carbon fiber heat extractor if they release one.

I'd like to see 2 1LE packages offered. Most of the items replace existing parts, so it would keep cost down somewhat.

It definitely looks futuristic and exotic looking, yet I fear this design would tip the scales upward in price with all the curves in it. If visibility is improved with this design and they can build it in 3600 lbs class and make it a leader in the performance category for it's class...WIN!!

I agree, with this available option, people would think twice about messing with someone's car. But something as a factory option is something that GM might not consider in the foreseeable near future. But, who knows?

Am I the only one who thinks a wider-slimmer version of these '70-'73 Vette tail pipe extensions would look better with the rectangular tail lights of the '14-'15 Camaro?
To my eye, these two are bass-ackwards... Is the aftermarket, out there, seeing this?

I feel sales of the new Mustang will be limited by the historical styling. As much as the Mustang is new underneath, it is the same as the 2005. I don't say that to be harsh. I say that because I think the Mustang design TEAM is constricted. They have to color within the lines of history.

The C7 broke new ground and still stayed true to the tradition of the Vette. The new GM truck design is an example of what not to do with the 6th Gen Camaro. I hope that TEAM Camaro was handed a clean sheet of paper and the company line about being evolutionary was planted to lull the brand-x companies into conservative remakes.

We have a GREAT C5FEST coming up in Houston. Registrations and chatter on the forum are slow. That is a reflection of the 5th Gen product cycle. The refresh, the 1LE and Z/28 should have people on fire talking all things 5th Gen. The Z/28 is nothing short of AMAZING. Too bad it is only amazing due to arrival at the end of the product life-cycle.

The 6th Gen does not have the benefit of the Faithful yearning for the return of the their long lost love. The 6th Gen will have to create demand solely on the merits of design, performance and execution. TEAM Camaro has delivered on so many levels I may be over-confident in their ability to deliver 6th Gen Camaro that is a true American Muscle car with a driving experience that creates demand in excess of 100,000 units annually sold world-wide. V8 style grunt regardless of the number of cylinders is a must. Interior quality must rival Audi / BMW. Vehicle dynamics should be best of class.

Why you may ask? Simple. The Camaro TEAM has proven they can do this with the continuous improvement of the 5th Gen. I know enough of these guys to say they should be able to deliver out of the box a vehicle that exceeds the 5th Gen by every measure. Now we wait and see.

Ok do the NEW Charger and Challenger look pretty much like the OLLLLD Charger and Challenger.

When you get an all new architecture and chassis to play with this IS NOT the way to go.

GM do not blow this opportunity by staying retro with the NG.
