Im having the same issue....on the 3rd visit..THIS WEEK...found out the problem wasnt fixed before getting to the end of the street....yet they have put miles (~6).. on my car with no resolution....the last visit (TODAY) found out that the sunroof does not even sit flush anymore....low in front, high in back...and still rattles...I DIDNT MAKE IT OUT OF THE CAR LOT...

Yeah, mine still makes a bit of noise when open while driving over bumpy patches. My dealer checked it out a while back and said everything was normal. I've just learned to live with it. Kind of sucks, but what can ya do?

I think it's just the way it's designed. The whole sunroof assembly just doesn't seem very sturdy when it's opened. All it takes is a few bumps to get it rattling. When it's completely closed, it's silent.
