The "Better Off Dead" Camaro
I just ran into this. This was one of my favorite movies when I was younger. I had it recorded on a VHS and would watch it all the time. Running into this website makes me want to buy the movie on DVD.
First gen Camaros are so sweet. This guys journey is pretty cool and I am glad he went to the extent that he did to share. http://www.betteroffdeadcamaro.com/ Title is misleading isn't it?  When I ran into the site I didnt realize they where talking about the movie.

I love seeing frame-off restorations. Like most car-buffs, my dream is to transform a clunker into a dreamy show car with a frame-off restoration.
hell, it may be my turd-gen vert, since probably noone has ever bother with a third-gen. hehe |

Great site. I spoke with the guy who located and restored the car back when he started that site years ago. Very helpful and provided me with a ton of underbody pics while we were looking to have our floors rebuilt
