Nick Williams 112 Throttle Body on Kenne Bell 2.8

Finally got my NW 112 throttle body fit onto the Kenne Bell. Had to get the calipers out and dust off my mechanical engineering skills and have a custom adapter plate machined to get it mounted. I did have have to port the intake plenum ever so slightly as well (a couple mm right at the bottom radius) because the 112mm opening is just a touch larger than the intake plenum opening top to bottom. I didn’t have the adapter machined for o rings either. Just went old school and used high temp rtv sealant. It all turned out well.

Just posting this here in case anyone is ever trying to do the same thing and searching around for an adapter plate. I was desperately hoping to find that something already exists. It doesn’t. I’ve got the design and drawing.

Can’t wait to get it on and fired up. This TB should let the charger huff some air.
