Hennesy is a jackass. Also, there have been controversies regarding his shops. Supposedly, he would pillage the cars of some of his customers to complete his current projects, then later call these clients up and try to get them to buy upgraded and more expensive variants of the parts he pillaged.
heres him being a jackass. i would never do business with him. http://www.300cforums.com/forums/gen...own-board.html |

Wow.... I can't believe what I have read. There will never be a Hennessey Camaro in my future, or any other car by his company.

Calling someone names for being on the internet, he sure spent some time. But how do we know it was really him.

Amazing reading.
That part about treating out of state customers wrong (because you can)and extra charges on your credit card stuff - There are a few first gen Camaro vendors out there doing that stuff as well. Reading that thread was like deja-vu all over again for me. Some people just can't be trusted unless it is a "cash for parts in hand" type transaction. Sad because it doesn't have to be that way. :( -Mark. |

Hennessey is an apparent jackass
I just read some threads regarding the way John Hennessey does business, and I'm sad to say I fear for anyone planning on buying this Camaro. Regretful that ANY Camaro should feel like an unsafe buy.

I pray that GM does not allow him to use the ZL1 moniker or the Z28 moniker.
