Back in 2000 I had a Honda Civic EX - nothing special - I added a tall rear wing, body colored rocker panels and a "Type-R" emblem on the back. I didn't represent it as anything other than a run of the mill Civic EX, but after I traded it in I checked the dealerships ad for the car. "Honda Civic Type R" and they were asking a lot of money for this ultra rare exotic import. I totally forgot about that emblem I stuck on the back.

Two people need to contact them. One to let them know its not a real zl1, and a week later, someone to ask if they have a zl1. To see if the dealer is honest or just honestly stupid.

No wonder Chevy doesnt want the Z/28 parts to be had. Next we'll see a 2012 Z/28 with all the trimmings.

Wow, this dealer is either clueless or are experienced scam artists. A 2010 ZL1 and an SS with a V6??? Too funny or too damn sad. I can't decide. Somebody will have to call and inquire!

But can't you only get so far with something like this? If you look up the VIN it will clearly say SS. So the dealer has to know it's not a real ZL1. Or am I missing something?
