Yep! When I was a teenager I was happy with car books, and possibly a couple of (vinyl) rock albums. My parents weren't rich, and I was grateful to be loved.

Geez...is that site for real? What a bunch of entitled little pricks! "I hate my parents because I didn't get an iPhone!" REALLY??? I say we go back in time, find Dr. Spock (no, not the one from Star Trek) and take him out before he gets a chance to write his famous book on how to raise children. And whoever came up with the idea that everyone is supposed to win? Not a real rocket scientist....kids like the ones on that page have no sense of what it takes to actually accomplish ANYTHING on their own...they've been given everything all their lives and now expect it to be that same way in adult-hood.

Jeez.. those were almost painful to read. My son didn't get an iphone because it costs 500.00. We aren't eligible for a 99.00 upgrade until 2013. He didn't get a car either.

He seems fine with it. Glad I didn't see a post from him on that site.LOL

Haha I knew I wasn't getting a car for christmas. As far as the iPhone, I had to pay everything myself. It does get expensive lol not sure it is worth it but it's better than that damn flip phone I had for 4 years. BTW I god my iPhone way before Christmas. Had to pay for my phone and my mom agreed to pay the normal plan. I pay for the data and insurance packages.

Oh my gosh! Shot i got a minnasota viking hat from my mom and love it no electronic nor fancy stuff but I love it and my mom. IT'S SO SAD TO SEE HOW LOW PEOPLE BECOME especially young people as my age. Shoot I want an ipad but I'm not going call my mom names and all. Plus christmas isn't about gifts but the celebrating christ.

I have put everything into being able to afford my Camaro Yep thats how you spell it Kid!!!!! I am grateful for everything myself and family have accomplished over the years. Spoiled Brat Get a Job!!!!!
