I posted this question on a different section, not sure if it will be answered there.
I'm going to be installing my scoop and ww bottle. I was wondering where to place the floor jack when I'm jacking it up to place the jack stands also how high do I need to jack it up? Just enough to get the wheels off the ground?
Thanks in advance for any advice.

I just lift the drivers side front wheel up just enough to get it off. Here is a good thread on lift points and post 53 has some pictures showing scissor versus floor jack and jack stand positioning. http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showth...ht=lift+points

Thanks, going to attempt this today I think. So only the drivers side really needs to be on the jack stand to complete this install?

Yes since you only have to remove the drivers side wheel.

I think the thread may be going a little off point. PM me if you have any question once you get started.

Be sure to let us know what you think once you get the scoop installed. Perhaps I should add something about the scoop to the thread.
