Boost gauges?

Who is using what boost gauges? I wish it were possible to set it up on the digital gauges would be ideal. I'm not crazy about mounting a cheap looking one on the pillar though so kinda confused on where to put it to make it look right when the time comes.

I firmly believe that there is a boost gauge in our cluster currently but just needs to be unlocked. I'm trying to find this out. I would much rather have it unlocked from the factory.

Unlocking that will proove too difficult, I think.

You can get one of this Aeroforce units, they even have a nice pod http://aeroforcetech.com/index.html

Or any combination gauges with this other pods: http://www.ortizcustompods.com/chevrolet.html

But I got this one to see on a tosser cel phone: http://www.autometer.com/dashlink-android.html I will be able to monitor Boost and AFR, but in order to get boost from it, you have to change the MAP on the car, from the stock 1 bar to a 3 bar MAP. It can Datalog, read and clear codes also. I will use a tooser cel phone because it needs to be connected via Bluetooth to the DashLink, and I wanto to keep my normal cel phone connected to the car.

Unrelated question here but I just purchased an AEM wideband and I'm looking for a power and ground for the gauge anybody know where I could tie into under the dash

The SCT X4 has the ability to display boost numbers as well. If I can figure out a nice way to mount it, I might just leave it plugged in and monitor the ProCharger since I really am just too lazy to spend more money right now.

Well it turned out that the AutoMeter DashLink app needs an update in order to show AFR on the Camaro, their Customer Asistance Representative said they would work on it.

But anyhow, I am glad I bough it, fast and easy installation, clean interior, and I can monitor: Boost, High Pressure side F.P., Low Pressure side F.P., Spark Advance, Ambient air Temp, Intake air Temp, among other things.

Just in case anyone is interested.

I put in an Innovate Psb1 for boost and wideband. works really good in a single defroster pod

2016 SS... BOOST GAUGE MAGICALLY APPEARS ON CLUSTER!

I have had a supercharger on my SS for about 8 months now and I pulled the Negative off my battery for the first time since then to work on the car. I put the negative back on the battery and a boost gauge appears on the dash! I’m guessing the ecu now sees the 3bar map sensor and that prompted it to display the boost gauge??

I believe others have seen this as well, but it doesn’t last.

Yeah it'll go away - that happened to me during my s/c install and I got excited - there were some other screwy settings as well though if I remember correctly (like different driving modes) .. So I Disconnected the battery again and it was gone.

I would pay at least $200 for someone to make this OEM gauge work all the time.
