Remote Starter
Does anyone know if the time on the system will be for a set period of time or can it be adjusted, for those cold winter mornings? Thanks

You mean how long it stays on before turning itself off? Isn't it like 10 minutes or so?
10 minutes is PLENTY of time for a car to warm up to a nice toasty warm. Even on the coldest days. |

Yeah thats plenty. But how do you get the remote start system? Is it with the convenience and connectivity package for 1LT and 1SS? Or is it only available with the 2LT and 2SS?

Dumb question, can you get a remote start with a manual transmission?

the car will have sensors so it if it is over 85 degrees it will turn on the AC if it is under 50 (or so) degrees it turns on the heater and the heated seats.....
the system runs for 10 minutes before turning off, you can then cycle it and run for another 10 minutes before you will have to then physically put the key in the ignition to start it again.

I double checked with my salesman and he told me the same thing, but said 74 for the AC, so maybe they aren't sure either

Yes, you can. Not factory on the Camaro, but I had a manual truck with Remote Start. I went aftermarket.....
