calling all TT SS's

within the next week or two. planning on trying to buy a slightly used kit to save me 2+ grand. planning on grabbing the AGP kit. not entirely sure which turbo sizes I'm looking for. put I am for sure planning on trying to sit right around 800whp with boost and a cam down the line.

I plan on going boost only for a tiny bit until I save up to install a cam kit. so boost only id like to be around 650whp. just on 93 we don't have e85 near me down the line ill grab meth. the closest we have is 45 min away. so need some input from other turbo guys. which turbo sizes should I think of? what kind of power am I looking to make. need info thanks!

I made 800+ on 53/57 .82 ar and make 900+ with 58/62 .82 ar

Both sizes will do it, one spools a little faster but is closer to its max and the other has a little more room for growth.

thats what I want to look out for, I don't want to push them to their max I want them to easily be able to handle around the 800s with more room to go. so they aren't working super hard.

and also what exactly Is the .82 ar? what does that mean?

I was going to do boost a pump and fpcm for my agp kit on my 1le. But ended up just going dual agp/fore return style with flex fuel sensor. Just spend the money once.

I bought a fabberage kit.. I would stay away. Both turbos blew and customer service couldn't be reached after 4 months of trying. Intercooler had overheating issues as well.. ended up upgrading blow off valves, half the piping, two turbos and intercooler. AGP I heard makes 600+ on base kit and 800-1200 on their upgraded kit. Went with the borg warner 369's.
