They are wheels. Its very possible you buy a new wheel and the next day somehting happen to it again. If its repairable, get it repaired. You would never notice and save ton of money.

If it's purely cosmetic and the wheel is not physically jeopardized, have it repaired.

AMHIKT.

Simple solution: Crack the rim with a chisel :p

New wheel!

Hello,

We shared the same fate, though mine being the 1LE upgrades to those 50th rims. Excellent condition used sets of rims are on ebay from time to time. I let my set go for 650 (with tires), others have gotten as much at 850 for them (said they when I inquired). Check the for sale forum here before buying new. I am still hoping that the 1LE fronts will show up before shelling out for another set. (yes, I have now scraped both sides). Because of that, I am waiting for a while, in punishment for my being stupid. If I can go 6 months without another 'issue', I spring to replace both with new if I can't find a deal on another used pair.

Kindest,

Donner

Since you lack the skills-and if you lack the $-then your best option would be to get it cheaply repaired. If you're dirt poor, then just ignore it.

I feel ya

This is the stock set, I’ll be replacing them soon rather than just repairing or getting another stock set

Around here I will never be driving 100 mph.

I'm leaning towards a new wheel. No damage on the tire at all.

Clean it up and paint it with wheel paint or touch up paint that matches the color.
I have no idea what you are talking about. I have no mechanical or technical abilities what so ever.

The damage on your wheel is minor, very common and usually an easy fix. I would repair this wheel, regardless whether or not you buy another set, sell or just want to keep these back.

Honestly, I'd be more concerned with the tire than the wheel ( very minor "apparent" damage to both). Again, I'm Mr. cautious..take what I say at face value.
