Well, I woke up this morning to more snow falling. That, and the fact that the owner of my winter car will be back home on Tuesday, made up my mind to order a set. The gravel that's been spread out on the roads for the last 6 months will NOT be a welcome addition to my fenders!! Hopefully I get my order by the end of the week...

don't waste your time.... the front ones are ok... but they are too flimsy for the rear cause they don't sit flush, they have long screws and they use hose for hollow spacers that aren't even cut to length... and then they us this little 3m l bracket they expect to hold it in place so it'll curve with the fender... total junk...

I just installed these on my car. I'm really happy with the product, as there is construction in my neighborhood, which = lots of loose dirt and gravel stray on the pavement. I could hear dirt and rocks slapping against the flaps when I had the windows down, so that means they weren't hitting the car. They simply work, and they are minimally visible.

I will add the two concerns that have already been mentioned: The metal brackets in front and the "L" brackets in back. The metal brackets scrape the paint on the back of the fender, which while completely not visible, is a long-term concern in terms of rust. Hopefully it's not an issue. I found the L brackets to be pretty useless... in fact, I just left them off. Even with the L brackets installed, the rear flaps simply won't contour to the fender like the front do, so I left them off, and I think they look good that way. There is a small gap between the flap and the fender, but it really doesn't look that bad.

Definitely a worthwhile product.

Got these about a month ago. Put the front ones on no problem, but just got to the rear ones today. Just some install suggestions. Take off the rear tires, it is a lot easier. The little spacers were too long, I ended up taking about 3/16" off all of them. I also drilled a 1/8" hole through the guard and L bracket as shown, and used one of the factory screws I took off to fasten them together. They look good and contour with the fender well too. Just a suggestion guys and gals, happy modding!

Just installed mine. Not sure if i'll keep them or get the GM molded ones.

RPI, could you please start making the rear guards wider on the inside? They look dorky being several inches narrorwer than the rear tire. The mounting system for the rears needs to be completely redesigned too.

just installed mine after having them for two weeks, fronts went on pretty easy with the turning of the wheels to provide plenty of room, rears were a different story. real PITA! granted I have no tools and the ones I do have are a missmash of odd misfit toy like items. took probably twice as long as anyone else but i got it done. they look good but are not overly obvious which is exactly what I wanted. the "L" bracket is totally worthless. and I don't like how the top of the guards on the rear rubs the paint on the edge of the fender a little too much, gotta get some two sided tape or something to keep it from rubbing through the paint. all in all if it does what it is supposed to do for the price you can't beat it, now I will find out how they hold up over time!

Glad to know I'm not the only one leaving the rear L bracket off. It's a pain to attach and doesn't work very well.

since you don't really notice the guards too easily; the brackets are not missed IMO. on a side note I just had an extended drive throu a variety of conditions and I checked the sides before giving her a bath afterwords and no evidence of splashed mud or debre on the areas behind the guards. seems to work very well along with being hardly noticable!

I just got a rock chip on the rocker panel under the passenger door. I'm still thinking about getting the GM splash guards for more protection. I love the looks of these, and for stealth they're great, but just not big enough for really good protection.

I don't agree. I've had them on my 10 SS for more than a year and have not had any chips at all. Not one.
