I have thre reverse cam on mylink on radio. Just curious of ot will use factory installed cam on aftermarket setup

Ram...EVERYTHING you need for installation is in the KIT...if you change or add something,,,then you need to find it and pay seperate.
if you want to add front camera to grille,,you need to buy a camera and wires.

Post #95 is an option... Im just tryn to understand..if its supposed to be with the kit all post leading to that state its missing..some got it and others didn't.

RAM, the chime is being sent to the company you got the pac-unit from...so contact the people you bought it from,them and they will send it to you. or drive to the store..

Has anyone run into the hazard lights flashing and will not turn off even when disconnecting the bcm plug from the PACS panel? Also pressing the hazard button does not feel like a normal tactile feel of a switch.

Found out installer was not paying attention and plugged in bcm cable to PACS module first. Probably blew bcm would be my guess.

If you had a blown or bad BCM, you wouldn't be able to drive the car.

I may sound like a retard but what exactly is the point of changing out the faceplate and radio? What is the upgrade other than a touch screen. I hear people say better quality or whatever but I don't understand this mod.

Car runs but sound shop still has everything disassembled and 4 way flashers will not turn off even with everything disconnected associated with the PACS kit

I thought bcm had nothing to do with drivetrain and engine working. I thought bcm was more lighting controls and sensors

which could have one internal circuit shorted on a transistor output and not affect other circuits
